i immediately regret this decision

Apparently I've gotten in a kick of using Anchorman quotes for blog titles... oh well. It's relevant, you'll see...
.
Ok, this evening we went to Adam & Sarah's to eat 'cause they invited us over. Man, did they feed us good. We had steak (and a huge one at that), baked potatoes, salad, and even some grilled asparagus that Adam fixed up (it was actually pretty good stuff). I was stuffed. But, to top all that, Sarah had randomly decided to make ice cream; so we had home-made peach ice cream that was uber good. I mean, wow. So after that I just really didn't want to move at all.
.
One of the highlights of the evening, though, wasn't the delectable food,...
.
I flippin' got to drive a Porche!! Albiet an older one, but still; it was a Porche! It was a blast. I didn't really get a chance to open it up good 'cause I was on back roads that I didn't know very well, but I did hit 60 or 70 mph. It didn't have power stearing, so that was fun. Had it not been a manual David would've been driving; but being as I was the one who knew. Man, I'm going to have to visit him again...
.
To the reason the post is entitled as it is...
.
Well, after eating and stuff, we sat around and played w/ the kittens that they have; and, of course, w/ Samson. That was entertaining. But while we were doing that, Sarah was cleaning up the kitchen. When it came to put away the ice cream she found that it didn't all fit in the container, so... I volunteered to eat another bowl so it would all fit. I know, you're like, "Volunteer? Yeah right! you just wanted the ice cream." Had I not been stuffed to the brim it would've looked more friendly, but no one else wanted it so I took it. I immediately regreted that decision. Eating a more than full bowl of ice cream after already being stuffed full isn't exactly comfortable... but man it was good.
.
After all the excitement we drove back home, yaddah yaddah yaddah, etc etc. So, in parting I leave you with these:
  • drive a Porche some time in your lifetime
  • don't over eat
  • and never, ever turn down a bowl of homemade ice cream
  • (even if you have to ignore #2)
