So I almost died today. I was leaving my neighborhood, right? Well, as I come to the road (Wall Triana), and as I put on the brakes nothing happens. I slam them on harder, and still almost nothing is happening to slow me down. Lemme tell ya, 25 seems really fast when your brakes aren't slowing you down. Well, I pump 'em once and get a little response and stop just in time to keep from ending up in the middle of traffic. Scared me a tad. Well, I drove to work anyways 'cause my brakes started working again, but I kept an uber long following distance.

After I got back from work I changed and got outside and [finally] washed my truck. It was a beautiful day. After I got that done I checked my brake fluid. Well, max is up high, min is a little lower, my level was waaaay at the bottom. Needless to say I went to the garage strait away, got some brake fluid, and filled 'er back up.

Just so you guys'll know: I love to spraypaint. Like, it's so much fun. You have no idea.

So I went through like five cd's the past two days: listened to Linkin Park: Meteora and Hybrid Theory (and some of Reanimation), Shinedown's Us and Them, Staind: Chapter V, Trapt: Somewhere I belong, and 3 Doors Down's Seventeen Days. Ok, so that's six and a half, but who's counting?

yeah, that's what i meant. keep in mind i was talking to six people at the time i was writing this post.
yeah. i would've been hit by a minivan. well, a minivan in the driver's side and like a F150 in the passenger's side. squish.

downshifting don't help when you have the clutch in. actually, i don't think a lower gear would help w/ the clutch off.
those are all depressing CDs btw. well, shinedown isn't as bad as the other ones. but still.
what can i say, i listen to depressing music. except it's not really "depressing" to me 'cause i'm already down there.
Dude..a minivan? I refuse to let one of my cheif advisors be hit by a minivan. If you're going to die, you had better die in a cool way....or else I'll kill you.

hmm, yeah, that does make sense. the problem though is that i wasn't going faster that low 3rd, medium to high 2nd. and plus, my truck won't let me go into first at least, when i'm going fast enough to reach 3rd or higher. it's like, "no, don't wanna spin that high" haha.
