alotta stuff's swimming through my head

The lightning is so cool tonight. I just sat in the bed of my truck and watched it after I got home. If you didn't see it, I'm sorry: you missed out.

GRR, I really really really dislike my History class. Why does he have to make it so stinkin' difficult and give us all these "outside assignments." Frustrating. He says to, and I quote, "avoid writing and essays like the plague," and yet he gives us stuff in which we have to write. Once again: frustrating. I wouldn't mind so much if I didn't also have two papers to write before the end of the semester for english comp. At least there's only like, 5 days left.

Here's what I think I'm pulling in my classes... bullet style ('cause we all know bullets are cool and over-rated):

• Biology: easy A (no doubts about it)
• English comp: A, 'cause the teacher's really cool and understands that not evryone is an english major.
• Philosophy: A, just 'cause the guy's grading scale is so lenient. I already know I'm about second highest in the class... just from what he's said score-wise.
• History: like I said, I'm not optimistic, but I hope I at least pull a C; but I think a D is a little more realistic.

Ok, I better go. I gotta go to work in the morning; yay-ness. McAlister's is now hiring if anyone's interested. At least one person quit the other day and ppl keep not showing up, so we've pretty much been scrounging for help. I'd feel kinda bad to leave 'em now to work somewhere else being as I'm one of the few that shows up to work. Oh well, I'm not getting a new job right this minute anyway, so I guess it doesn't matter too much.

All I'll say are these almost-inside-joke-type-things-that-are-funny-to-those-who-know-what-I'm-talking-about-(namely you)-but-also-relatively-humorous-in-and-of-themselves (ok, that was rediculous...): "I don't think we're supposed to be here", "What if there are wild animals. Or homeless people. Or mass murderers. Or ppl with chainsaws..."

KP. Don't break your truck again. Keep your eyes peeled for them there back-road trails. We'll have to go fishin' in the crick sometime this summer. Hopefully the pool at your appartment will open soon so we can make more silly pool-videos.

Stephen. Just don't hurt yourself, alright? Have fun getting your "trustworthiness" back. Has to stink to have the only night they'd call to have your cell fall out of your pocket. When the airsoft battles roll around... oh, we're gonna get 'em.
